Earring Drop Sizing
Earrings are measured from the bottom of earring hook down to calculate the length. Width is measured at the widest point of hoop.
Shipping, Handling, and Processing
We utilize USPS for ground shipping on all orders to the continental United States and Internationally. International orders will have a 1% handling charge.
Regular Mail
- Ground 5 - 7 business days, Monday - Friday, excluding Saturday and holidays*.
- Please note that USPS does not deliver to P.O. Boxes.
Priority Mail
2 business days when ordered before 1pm EST, Monday - Friday, excluding Saturday and holidays*
* Please note that shipping times are approximate and that Priority Delivery refers only to delivery time and not the time needed to prepare your order. While most orders are ready for shipping within 24 hours, some orders take additional time. Please allow 24-72 hours. All orders shipped outside of the United States are subject to additional shipping charges based on the end country's taxes, tariffs and duties. These fees are not associated with Dalmeda Designs and are to be paid by the recipient upon delivery.
Processing and delivery times
- Orders are processed, shipped within 1-5 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on US national holidays.
- Order processing time includes item selection, handling, packaging and shipping. All orders placed after 1pm EST will begin processing the following business day. We reserve the right to hold orders for verification.
- All orders billed and/or shipped outside of the continental United States, Hawaii or Alaska must have the same billing and shipping address.

Conditions for Returns
- Returned items must have no visible signs of wear or use.
Return Process
To initiate a return, please complete the following steps:
1. Reply to your order confirmation email to request a return and specify the products you would like to return.
2. Print the prepaid return shipping label that you will receive via email.
3. Send all items back to us using the label provided.
Additional Information
- Returns are accepted within 30 days of the purchase date.
- Free return shipping is available for all returns.
- No restocking fee will be charged.
Non-Returnable Items
- Discounted items are final and cannot be returned or exchanged
Refunds
- Refunds can take up to 2-4 weeks to be processed and completed.
- You will be notified once your refund, replacement product, or store credit has been issued.

Exchange Policy
We currently do not allow for exchanges.
Gift Cards
- Gift cards may only be redeemed through Dalmeda Designs website and may not be redeemed towards previous purchases.
- Every purchase made with a Gift Card (plus any applicable shipping/handling fees, taxes, and other fees that may apply) is deducted from the Gift Card balance and any unused Gift Card balance will remain on the Gift Card account.
- Gift Card balances will be used against the total order placed against specific items of such order.
- If any purchase exceeds the Gift Card account, the balance must be paid with a credit card or any other payment method accepted by Dalmeda Designs.
