Earring Drop Sizing
Earrings are measured from the bottom of earring hook down to calculate the length. Width is measured at the widest point of hoop.
Shipping and Handling Policy
We utilize USPS for ground shipping on all orders to the continental United States and Internationally. All domestic items have a handling charge of $0.50. International orders will have a $1.50 handling charge.

* Please note that shipping times are approximate and that Priority Delivery refers only to delivery time and not to the time needed to prepare your order. While most orders are ready for shipping within 24 hours, some orders take additional time. Please allow 48 to 72 hours for processing.
We ship internationally. For all orders outside of the United States, we utilize USPS. Actual costs for international shipping are calculated after you have added items to your cart and filled in the shipping address information on the website. Please note that USPS does not deliver to P.O. Boxes. All orders shipped outside of the United States are subject to additional shipping charges based on the end country's taxes, tariffs and duties. These fees are not associated with Dalmeda Designs and are to be paid by the recipient upon delivery.
If your order is sent in multiple shipments, whether to the same or to different addresses, your credit card will be charged separately for each shipment unless notified to retailer.
We will happily accept unworn, undamaged or defective full price product for refund within 14 days of receipt date from purchase. Sale items are final sale and therefore are not eligible for exchange or return. Refunds will be made in the form of the original payment. Once your return is processed, a refund will be issued for the merchandise amount only. Shipping charges are not refundable. Please allow 12 - 14 business days for the refund to post to your account.
Please include a copy of your Return Authorization inside the package and make sure the RA# is written clearly on the outside of the package. A Return Authorization must be obtained BEFORE returning any items. For your security, please return your purchase with an insured courier (e.g., FedEx, UPS, or USPS) and retain your receipt. Dalmeda Designs is not responsible for items damaged or lost in transit. Please report any online order discrepancy within 14 days of delivery.
We currently do not allow for exchanges.
Processing and delivery times
Orders are processed, shipped and delivered Monday through Friday only. Orders are not processed, shipped or delivered on national holidays. All orders placed on Saturday, Sunday or on a national holiday, will be processed the following business day. Order processing time includes item selection, handling, packaging and shipping. While most orders are ready to ship within 24 hours of placing the order, some orders take additional time. Please allow 48 to 72 hours for processing. All orders placed after 1pm ET will begin processing the following business day. We reserve the right to hold orders for verification. All orders billed and/or shipped outside of the continental United States, Hawaii or Alaska must have the same billing and shipping address.
Gift cards may only be redeemed through Dalmeda Designs website and may not be redeemed towards previous purchases. Every purchase made with a Gift Card (plus any applicable shipping/handling fees, taxes, and other fees that may apply) is deducted from the Gift Card balance and any unused Gift Card balance will remain on the Gift Card account. Gift Card balances will be used against the total order placed against specific items of such order. If any purchase exceeds the Gift Card account, the balance must be paid with a credit card or any other payment method accepted by Dalmeda Designs.
